I fell about two to three weeks ago. I have healed from soreness except for the Section that is half way between the elbow and shoulder. I don't have full range of motion with out it catching in pain. About a 6 on a 10 scale. Would just land on that arm cause a tear or could it just be more bruised than the rest of the body and will take a few more weeks longer to heal. I'm not in agony just not able rotate without hurting.
