I Fell Down Some Stairs And Over Extended My Left

I fell down some stairs and over extended my left arm in trying to catch myself. My left shoulder was diagnosed with a labral tear, tendonitis, tendonopothy, and impingement due to type 2 acromium. I now have a new symptom of radiating pain down to my left hand into my pinky and next finger with some tingling and lack of any strength. The fall was in 2009. This new pain is just a few weeks now. Is it possibly shoulder related or something new?
