I get very irritated and eventually angry because of my kids crankiness or tantrums.I try to keep calm but once in few days it happens I get very angry and hit her and then I hit myself too.me and My daughter really love each other and talk heart to heart and discuss everything but because these episodes she gets afraid of me when I loose my temper.I don’t want to give such bad memories to my kids of their childhood I feel guilty of hitting her and shouting at her,she might accept hitting is ok.
