I Had FESS Sinus Surgery With Septoplasty And Turbinate Reduction

I had FESS sinus surgery with septoplasty and turbinate reduction in August of 2015. Currently, I still feel congested on my right side and continue to have green drainage and scabs, plus I have had chronic dizziness since January 2, 2015. My surgeon said everything looks fine. I went for a second opinion and the ENT suggested a follow up CT of my sinuses. The Impression reads as follows: 1. Focal mucoperiosteal thickening in ethmoid sinuses. 2. Wide windowing of maxillary and ethmoid sinuses bilaterally. Can you tell me what this means?
