I Had A TAVR Procedure To Replace A Fleshy Valve

I had a TAVR procedure to replace a fleshy valve 2 yrs ago. As the old valve began to fail, I developed a strange, irregular breathing pattern characterized by a stuttering sigh on inhalation. After the TAVR procedure, the symptoms diminished. Infrequently over the last two years I have had episodes of this stuttering sigh and it is associated with left neck pain in the C3 area. I was convinced that it was connected to atrial fib, which I also have. On Sunday, this inhalation stuttering sigh returned and has continued for 3 days duration. Today, I went in for a cardioversion, only to discover that I was not in A fib, but I did present with the neck pain and stuttering sigh. The NP listened to my chest and said I was ok. I am perplexed. Any idea what this could be?
