I had a bad fall from a horse 3 weeks ago. I had sever bruises and swelling a fractured coccyx bone . I have been told the swelling which is still there about 13 inches Long and 5 inches wide and 2 inch deep across the bottom of my spine at the top of my butocks is a hematoma its getting more painful every day . Painkillers are only just keeping the pain at bay . It got x-rayed when the swelling was at its worst. I've been back to the doctor and all I've got is its going to take time . What else can I do to help the process speed up ?
