I Had A Chest Catherization And Stent Placement In My

I had a chest catherization and stent placement in my heart on 6/14/18. The procedure was done through my left wrist. After the procedure when I had a pressure cuff on the incision site I had a hemotoma with blood filling up on my wrist / forearm in a 2 inch by 3 inch area. The nurse put pressure on the blood and eventually worked it back down. Where the blood went I don’t know. Now I have had a lot of pain in my forearm that hasn’t gotten better over the last 9 days. The incision site is healing well with no sign of infection. What is causing this pain? I’d say it is a 5 or 6 pain level. I am on Brelinta blood thinner so I can’t take aspirin. Is there something else I can take to help with the pain? How long does this take to heal? Thank you.
