I Had A Colonoscopy And An Endoscopy Done On Feb

I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy done on feb 24th . I have never had trouble with my periods now for : months things have been wrong . I didn't get it at all in March then had it twice in April then when I thought it was ending because it was just brown spotting for a couple of days one day I'm doing dishes and it was like my water broke I started bleeding heavy changing pads every hour for the first 3 hours plus sitting on the toilet and letting it just drop out then I passed a really big blood clot and then the bleeding slowed down but I am still spotting brown. This happened last Sunday . Should I be worried and what should I do???
