I Had A Cortisone Shot In My Right Knee Two

I had a cortisone shot in my right knee two weeks ago. A few days afterward, my calf tightened up and had a stinging sensation. Three or four days ago, I thought my right foot was swollen (plus ankle and calf). Now, I can see that all three are swollen. Is this a reaction to the cortisone? Also, two days ago I had a colonoscopy and the swelling became apparent yesterday and today. I take lisinopril and metoprolol (low doses) for high blood pressure, plus effexor
