I Had A Fall Last Thursday, Tripping. Fell On Right

I had a fall last Thursday, tripping. Fell on right side. Started doing cable pulls, 20 pounds weight each side last Monday. Had open heart surgery last January. Started experiencing pain last week. Deep breaths make it worse. Pain increases if someone touches the affected area.
