Your blood pressure is normal and nothing to worry about it , the pulse indicates your
heart rate which can go up due to
stress,
anxiety, illness, headache,etc.
Try to avoid stress, strain to the eye, over working, if you spend lot of time in front of the computer , make sure you take frequent breaks in between, loud music, irritant food ,perfumes,etc can all cause a headache .Try to keep away from them
As long as you can put up with the headache and it is not so frequent,you could take simple analgesics as you have been taking.
Try deep breathing exercises and
meditation for even 15 mins in a day does wonders.
Along with this make sure you get good sleep , eat well , and eat healthy , drink lots of water and fruit juices daily .
