I Had A Hysterectomy For Adenomyosis ! Before Hand I

I had a hysterectomy for adenomyosis ! Before hand i had a laproscopic ( specitivity 77 percent) and a MRI (specitivity 91 percent )! Hysterectomy pathology did not show adenomyosis!
While I understand that diagnostic criteria is the pathology after hysterectomy with the specitivity of each test and both positive it makes the margian of error very small for specitivity! I am confused! With such a small margin of error (yes I calculated before procedure ) it makes me wonder about pathology ! Am I right in worrying about the accuracy of pathology?

Also pathology said I had inactive atrophic endometrium (I am a premenopausal 30 yr old women)
