I Had A Liver Ultra Sound Done, The Following Are

I had a liver ultra sound done, the following are the finding: Diffuse increased hepatic echotexture compatible with hepatic steatosis. No focal mass. No intra or extrahepatic biliary ductal dilation. Common bile duct measures 5-6mm. Hepatopedal flow in the main portal vein. No perihepatic free fluid. What does this mean?
