I Had A Partial Hip Replacement Done On Jan 10,

I had a partial hip replacement done on Jan 10, 2016. It is now the end of Aug. same year & the left foot still swells (the side of the surgery). I previously had a little swelling problem due to beeing partial paralized for a while after brain surgery. I learnt to walk & I always knew when I was tired as it would drag. I've been checked out for BLOOD CLOT: all is OK. I am still using a walker most of the times but sometimes a cane. It has taken me over 13 months to finally get a family doctor & I have an apt. next week. Is there any specific things that she can do or help me with? Meanwhile I have problems with shoes as my foot swells so much I can't fit shoes properly.
