I Had A Salpingectomy 7 Months Ago To Remove My

I had a salpingectomy 7 months ago to remove my right fallopian tube due to an ectopic pregnancy. The procedure was a success and there were no complications. Over the last month I've been having localised pain to my lower right pelvic area ( I assume this is where the removal took place). It comes in waves and doesnt seem to follow any patterns whether its time of the month or what I'm eating (my GP said it could be to do with my bowel). Can scar tissue cause intermitant pain. Its hard to describe. The closest thing i can link it to is the pain I had which alerted me to a problem with my pregnancy. When it comes its dabilitating... Any thoughts or should i go back to my GP?
