I Had A Seizure Was On 500 Mg Dilantin/day Along

I had a seizure was on 500 mg dilantin/day along with 750mg primidone.Dr. left me on the dilantin and took me off the primidone and replaced it with 200mg topiramate/day(100mg twice daily).I then had another seizure two weeks after dropping the primidone. What should I hear from my doctor on this matter.
