I had a sonogram done on my pelvic. This is what it says: The uterus measures 11.1 x 5.9 x 4.5 cm for a volume of 155 cm3. A 4.3 x 2.5 x 4.4 cm isoechoic mass is seen arising from the right aspect of the uterine body. No other focal abnormality seen within the uterus. Endometrial is not demonstrated. Right ovary measures 4.1 x 2.4 x 3.1 cm and the left ovary measures 3.7 x 1.9 x 2.3 cm. Volume of the right ovary is 16 cm3 and volume of the left ovary 2.3 cm3. Ovaries have a normal sonographic appearance. Flow is seen within both ovaries on Doppler imaging. No free fluid seen within the cul-de-sac. Urinary bladder is unremarkable.
