Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an ankle injury in 1996 which was a diagnosed at the time as a mild sprain. I was having problems walking and my gait was off so xrays were done in 99 and found my ankle had been broken. they did sugery and put in 2 pins and anchors in my ankle. Doc said my cartilage was pretty much gone, also had to shorten the tendon. I have knee problems and hip problems which were tied to the ankle injury. I am wanting to know if this could directly cause my spinal stenosis, radiculopathy and L4 L5 peripheral nerve damage also T11 T12 impinging the right side of my spinal cord.
