I Had An Itchy Finger But Didn't See A Bite,

I had an itchy finger but didn't see a bite, now the hand is swelling up and sore, the hand was warm but now the arm is warm to the touch and the hand is not. I took benadryl and iced it but I'm not sure why the warmth in my arm is spreading upwards.
