I had cervical fusion 4 years ago. C7-C4. I have been experiencing increased shoulder tightness, neck pain, and chronic headaches. I eat well and exercise. I am a 56 year young female. Tried prescription antinflamatory meds and glucosomine and chondrointin. Creams. No relief. Sorry for the misspelling. Was going to do the spinal injections but have had it so many times I know it can affect vital organs. Any suggestions?
