I Had Heart Surgery(aorta Valve Replacement And Aorta Artery Reduction)

I had heart surgery(aorta valve replacement and aorta artery reduction) about 4 months ago. Heart went into afib when in hospital and basically stayed in it for almost 3 months( they did cardioversion at 2 1/2 months and then again at three months). When I came out of surgery, my left lung had collapsed. it was okay after a while and they pulled the tube out. but after the 3 months of afib I try to do cardio therapy and need to be on oxygen to do any strenuous activity. several x-rays of chest show a Persistent left lung base opacity, probably due to left hemi diaphragm elevation similar to prior. last x-ray said Persistent parenchymal opacity in the left lower lung. No evidence of a significant layering pleural effusion,
There is no evidence of a significant layering pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Its been over a month after last cardio conversion and heart is beating fine. but still need to be on oxygen for workout and still have the opaque thing. any ideas on what to do to get rid of it?
