Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
As per your history you are having pv bleed and your doctor advised bed rest.
There are many causes of bleeding during pregnancy as - Abortion ( threatened abortion, inevitable abortion, incomplete/complete abortion) Ectopic pregnancy, blighted ovum, Placenta previa, Abruptio placentae etc
Gynae doctor advises strict bed rest to avoid the bad consequence of Fetal Loss hence Follow it. U take Medications prescribed by Gynae doctor only.
By using the helpful guidelines by obstetrician/gynae doctor you can prevent this in your further pregnancy.
