I Had Lumps Come Out On My Clavicle Both Sides

I had lumps come out on my clavicle both sides of my throat yesterday 36 hours ago. Difference noticed in swallowing but not yet difficult to swallow. I have had clavicle area discomfort for a few months. Swelling is getting worse. What might it be and what should I do?
