I Had My Annual Mammogram About Six Weeks Ago &

I had my annual mammogram about six weeks ago & the radiologist's
summary indicated 2 "well defined" lymph nodes in upper right breast. I have very large breasts. It stated next annual mammo necessary, to see any changes. For the last couple weeks I've noticed some discomfort while sleeping on my right side, now I'm feeling numbness & cold in my right arm. I don't know if I should worry more. What other procedures would need to be done? I'm sure a follow up Mammo would be first, then what might be next? Does Lymphomia show in blood work? I only have MediCare now & I know any type of scan can be costly. My PCP is also a family physician. Thank you for your opinion, Mrs. S
