I Had Planter Fasciitis Foot Surgery 2 Mo Ago And

I had planter fasciitis foot surgery 2 mo ago and had a nipple poking out of surgery site two 3 wks after surgery my Dr gave me anti inflammatory cream, now he says it could be a planter wart and fat tissue poking out, after he put acid on it to see what was underneath. and that he can cut it out biopsy it, and that it may come back. It's in the inside arch and hurts. Is there a good way to fix it so that it doesn't come back. Extra stitches . He didn't use disolvable stitches just a suture when he performed the planter surgery? Please help?
