I Had Spotting For A Day And The Periods After 18 Days Since Then My Periods Have Not Started So Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy ?

I started to spot on oct13 and stopped on oct 14 and then i started my period 18 days later. OCT 31-NOV 03.. I normally have a menstrual for 7dys and it takes 28dys til i start my periods. Is there a possibility I am pregnant? I haven t started since my last period!! Please help!! Thank you
