I Had Three Teeth Drilled For Large Cavities Under Old

I had three teeth drilled for large cavities under old fillings. After the no I Ane I felt the need to sneeze and after the procedure on my left upper teeth I did sneeze and drain from that side for four days holding Kleenex to my nose 24/7. It subsided but I still have a sensation in my left nostril 5 weeks later when I take a deep breath. I also cannot chew on that side where the teeth were fixed. Cold is very sensitive and biting down is very uncomfortable and I can only chew very soft foods on that side. I am nervous about another injection and don't feel like this or these teeth will ever be able to bite down on anything firmer. How long do I wait before I tell him to pull the tooth or should I find someone else? I have been back and had the crown ground down I little but I knew that that would not help. It feels like I am biting right on the nerve. What would you do about this"
