I Had Vitrectomy Surgery With A Gas Bubble Three Months

I had vitrectomy surgery with a gas bubble three months ago on my right eye. Since that time my right eye developed a cataract. The cataract was removed and the blurriness has improved. However, I have a wrinkle or way lines in my right eye. My surgeon now says to remove the wrinkle or distortion, I will need another surgery or vitrectomy maybe time without a bubble inserted. My question is this: Should I be optimist about
this second surgery being successful and eliminating this way vision or wrinkle?
