I Had What Seemed Like A Loud Bang Inside My

I had what seemed like a loud bang inside my head , while I was asleep, I was not sound asleep I could still hear my husband getting ready for work. So the sound went off my body jump and my heart raced fast and my body shook for about 10 to 15 seconds. I did not open my eyes , instead I went right off to sleep. It may be nothing, but I would like to hear your thoughts, because in 1993 I had a tumor removed from my brain, and left me with very little eye sight, should I be conswered?
