I hae avery large right testi I can feel no lumps inside the testi..it will get larger at times then get a litle smaller....it shoots a sharp pain ladderally to my upper leg...i have no problem with movements...my penis is almost non ex. i can press anywhere around my testi, with almost no discumfort..it akes a strong med. to relieve the pain, such as 1'2 vicadian..it has been about 6 mths.it is darker in color than the rest of my skin...i am 72, can i avoid surgury....thank you
