I Have HPV. I Found A Wart On The Opening

I have HPV. I found a wart on the opening of my anus and I have been treating it with Aldara. The area between my buttcheeks is so sore. I think the Aldara caused this. I am also slightly feverish. Convinced I had an infection, I went to the clinic. The nurse says the area is just damp & gave me something to accelerate healing. She says I have no infection. I am still in pain. Too much pain to even pass stool. Please help.
