I Have Moderate Broad-based Left Paracentral Disc Protrusion With Annular

I have Moderate broad-based left paracentral disc protrusion with annular tear or fissure at C6-7 impinging the left anterior spinal cord and moderate left neural foraminal encroachment. Mild broad-based disc bulge at C5-6. Small central disc protrusion at C3-4. Minimal disc bulge at C2-3 and C4-5 with small central annular tear or fissure. At C7-T1 there are mild hypertrophic changes. Mild right neural forminal narrowing is noted. I have less pain after two weeks of no work, but I am still dealing with tingling and numbness in the hand along with gripping tightness in the tricep and forearm, with a deep ache in the shoulder. Does this sound it could be resolved with traction and exercises before permanent damage is done?
