Hi i had an mri done in november.I have severe pains running down from my buttocks to my ankle.Its happening for the past 3 years.Mri states its a small left sided paracentral disc potrusion at L5/S1 SMALL left sided foraminal disc at L4/5/.Please advise further treatment.Belinda
