I have a bacterial infection in left big toe, I am diabetic I have been given clindamycin 300mg to take 3 times a day, haven't had any side effects but today I woke up left ankle & back of foot (heel) tender & sore now it is starting to hurt right below left knee cap? is this a side effect, do I need to go to urgent care to have this check or wait till Monday to contact doctor?
