I am 25 years, I have a bleeding in rectal area, paining to pass bowel. please suggest some capsules.

please take laxative to make stool soft.sitz bath with KMno4 twice daily.Xylocain /Novocain ointment in the rectal area before defecation .& cap of calcium dobecelate thrice daily for 10 days.Disclaimer
