I Have A Broken Right Pinkie. The Break Is Actually

I have a broken right pinkie. The break is actually before the first knuckle so not technically my pinkie. I had surgery done about a week ago and they put two pins in my hand. About an hour ago the pins started giving me a sharp pain along the surface of my skin and bone. Ive taken some Tylenol and am icing it but it doesn't seem to help.
