Good afternoon doc. i m john,29,55 kgs.i have a kidney trouble before and std but now it s gone..my problem today is that i have a cavitary ptb.. . im a change smoker man...wat is your advice to me sir....tnx

i think you mean that you are having pulmonary tb with cavitation.
Nothing to worry,Itis completely curable disease.
Take complete course of anti TB medicines for 6-9 months and you will be perfectly alright.
Quit smoking,this is first and foremost thing you have to do.
Take high protein and nourishing diet.
