I Have A Cyst In My Leg, Called A Ganglion,

I have a cyst in my leg, called a ganglion, I have a few corresponding Mri films I'd love a second opinion on. I have pain medialy, the lump is palpable and feels like a gilf ball on the inside of my knee. It's been aspirated twice. Gel is the aspirate. I'm really just wondering if anyone else sees where it could be coming from, mid you see any tears. I'm thinking it might be my gastrocnemius. Any ideas.
