I have a inset ganglion ,cyst that is situated pressing on a nerve in the Tarsel tunnel on left foot ,,causing numbness in big toe and nerve sensations under the middle toes ,, do I need local or general aneasthetic to remove this ,,I have had a quote for general ,,approx 5,000 dollars ,,can this be removed under local ,price seems high to remove a cyst.
