I have a knot in my outer ankle under the ankle bone. I have a pain in my wrist by my thumb, I have a knot in my back by my left shoulder blade. I went to the podiatrist and he drained the ankle swelling he called it a ganglion cyst although it looked nothing like they do online and the fluid that he took out was watery not puss like.
