I Have A Lot Of Congestion With A Low Grade

I have a lot of congestion with a low grade fever. I have had a stem cell transplant 13 years ago. My immune system is suppressed. In the past when I get something like this it will either progress into pneumonia or bronchitis. If I go to the doctor will she give me antibiotics?
