I have a migraine and have too much pain in head & all things r moving round. numbness in legs and hands and i got faint for sometimes & my hands& legs r not working properly which disease i have & what is its stage ?

But please get your blood pressure checked in both the arms, in lying position.
A provisional diagnosis could be any of the following
Arteritis of a brain vessel.
a labyrinthine problem
or a meneiers disease.
