I Have A Pain Below My Right Breast And There Is Some Swelling
I an a white 60 year old female, with very few health problems.I do have acid reflux and take prescrition drug. Other than that I have been very healthy. This pain below my breast is not a severe pain but uncomforable. There is some slight swelling. What could this be? What organ is there?

Pain below your breast can be most likely due to pain in ribs or due to muscle injury.May be you have done some heavy work in the recent past. Hot fomentation and local application of a muscle relaxant ointment can help.
