I have a painful lump in front of my ear started 1 wk ago About 1 wk ago I noticed a hard lump in front of my ear that is painful. Any ideas as to what this is ? Not feeling sick. I have seasonal allergies that is about all.

It could be inflamed parotid gland. This usually is painful when opening and closing of mouth. Better to see a local doctor.
