I have a psa test every year and it is always low. I run, do triathelons and am 67 years old. I do have an enlarged prostrate according to my docter who does a complete physical every year on me. I hate to take prescription drugs and I am on none. But the enlarged prostrate is making it very slow to get rid of urin. There are pills to help this but then again I do not like pills. all of my friends have had their prostrate out already. should I just get the thing out now and how do I know when I do have cancer sense my docter says that the psa has been proven ineffective.
