I have a question I have a spot in the back of my neck it is about I'm gonna say 2 inches wide maybe about three quarters of an inch in width I have been a pain in my neck it's on the right side routed to hairline it does give me a little bit of time also have pain in my left on around the muscle area feels feels bad is been going on for a couple weeks what do you think it might be
