I Have A Severe Period Pain

I m Having the worst pieriod pains EVER right now, no ones home, and im roling oaround on my bed in pain, what can i do to help it?! We dont have Heating pad and some tylenol , i dnt no what they are :S

lay on a heating pad if you have one, if not try relaxing in a hot bath for a while. Mine used to kill me,too! It totally sucks and I feel for you! I found that anything cold ( food or drink) seemed to make it worse so try some hot tea or hot chocolate.
