I Have A Small Surgical Incision On The Lower Part

I have a small surgical incision on the lower part of my left shin, right above my foot, that hasn't healed yet. It was last operated on over a year ago. It's very clean, with no sign of infection, and small in size, roughly 2-3mm wide and 2-3 cm long. The wound is still being dressed about 3 times a week, I do one of the dressings myself. My question is, is it safe to fly/travel to another country with a wound like that? What do I risk (if anything) by going to a place like say, Thailand, for a couple weeks..?
