Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a stage 2 uterous prolapse, my gyn put a pessary in until I go for a hysterectomy.Everything was going good, no problems with the pessary until about a month ago.I feel the uterous coming out a little again just to the opening of my vagina. When I'm on my feet all day is when I feel it. It goes back up when I sit or lay down, no pain. The last couple of weeks I have terrible pressure in my rectom area, especially when I'm on my feet all day. When I work I'm on my feet For 8hours.Its hard to sit down but when I do it feels a lot better. When I'm not working it doesn't seem to bother me.Would this have something to do with the uterous coming down again and should I get the surgery done soon?I just turned 60and am all through menopause.thank-you for your help.
