I Have A Weird Feeling Right Below My Sternum In

I have a weird feeling right below my sternum in the middle like there's a pencil stuck there and I can feel it move..its very uncomfortable. The day before yesterday I had a very very high fever and very nautious I only vomited once ..but I was very tired and only wanted to sleep I felt miserable can you tell me what this might be?
